[sf-lug] Extend Sunday meeting time? Please Discuss

[Let's] float out the idea of extending the First Sunday SF-LUG meetings
an hour longer. This would effectively mean that Sunday meetings could
stretch from 11am to 2pm, instead of the current 2-hour 11am to 1pm
time-limit.
