My vote would be to stick to Jitsi.
The only serious problem was that echo which disappeared when Arron muted himself so it seems (to me at least) that the problem was not with Jitsi but something to do with his sound system.
Were there any other problems that any one thinks might warrant a switch?
I admit to a strong bias against zoom.  Many consider it the only game in town and that can't be a good thing.
