[sf-lug] RPi4 w/ problematic USB-C port

I previously wrote about 2 1/2 weeks ago abt the release of the new
Raspberry Pi 4 -- see ref [1]. Following this, RPi4 users are having
success (see ref [2]) using the latest Raspbian Buster images [3] on their
Pi's.

Now it's coming out that the Raspberry Pi people admit to faulty USB-C
design on the Pi 4 -- see at least references [4] and [5]. Apparently,
the Pi 4 won't work with some PSUs/chargers that are particular about this
particular USB-C design, so Pi 4 users will likely have to essentially
either Put Up or Shut Up. Put Up as in $helling out more dough to buy and
use the standard, recommended power widget or else Shut Up until those
"Raspberry Pi people" get around to fixing the flaw for future production.

And apparently, problems with with USB-C standard go back in time for at
least the last year or two -- e.g., see references [6] and [7]. :-\
