I just found out one or all of these things might occur tomorrow:

-California Independent System Operator calls a Stage 2 emergency
-California Independent System Operator declares that PG&E’s spinning reserves is below 7% 
-Forecasted or actual San Francisco temperature exceeds 78 degrees 
-PG&E declares a localized system emergency
-California Independent System Operator’s total forecasted load is greater than 43,000 MV 

Causing rolling blackouts. The "Omniscient weather guy, or girl, says it will be 76 in SF tomorrow.
