[conspire] Yay accessibility! (Debian 12 "blind" install ...)

So, I recently had the pleasure of discovering
Debian 12 install,
standard Debian installer,
in most cases now, from the
installer/boot menu, if no keyboard input is received at all,
after 30 seconds, it will default to
installation with speech synthesis (installspk).
This is new as of Debian 12 (was not the behavior with
Debian 11 - I rechecked Debian 8 through 12).
I also slightly updated Debian's wiki page regarding that:
https://wiki.debian.org/accessibility#Debian_installer_accessibility

So ... maybe some more on that in future for
CABAL / Conspire List.
