My plot guess for TLOC is that Rand will conquer the world with no serious problems. Militarilly, it seems that in Randland the armies of the individual countries are not very large (< 50,000). For example, the 5000 lancers that were lost to Malikier seemed to be a significant portion of the armed forces of that country, borderland, where almost everyone is a warrior. Also, in TFOH Lord Bashere has only 9,000 men with him. Granted this may not be all of the Saldean army; but it probably is a sizeable percentage. Finally, from reading the five books; I get the impression that the other countries Tear, Camlyn, etc. are used to think in terms of thousands of men. In contrast in the Aiel battle in front of Cairhien
"Couladin had nearyly one hundred sixty thousand spears ..... The Shiande, the Codarra, the Daryne, and the Miagoma. Between them they apparently had as many spears as Couladin.... The seven clans with Rand almost doubled that". It looks like Rand has around half a million Aiel with him; along with the military forces of Tear, Cairhien, and presumably Camlyn.
Also, it seems that people are beginning to recognize that he is the Dragon Reborn. And everyone, at least the borderlands, have been psychologically pre-conditioned to follow the Dragon Reborn. (e.g. how easily Lord Bashere volunteers his nine thousand men).
Finally, in a world where logistics is a serious problem; Rand can transport a strike force of 3,000 commandos pretty much anywhere almost instantaneouslly.
Going by the pace of the previous books; my guess is that it will take him one day each (excluding background preparation) to conquer any nation, Seachan included.
"All the world must stand in awe of you, who has conquered Cairhine in one day as you did Tear."
