1. Aiel who knows Shaila points out Rand's Bio Mother to him. Someones tells him she is also Tigraine, making Galad his half-brother. During one of Rand journeys into T'A'R Rand meet Shaila/ Tigraine and his father. They talk. They part and Rand meets the Creator, who sends him on the road to self-discovery.
2. Rand has a talk with LTT and other past lifes. Getting all the information he _ever_ learned together.
3. Rand goes to the White Tower and tells Elaida what a bad job/ decisions she made. He tells her the days of the White Tower are over. All Aes Sedai who walk in the Light may come to the Hall of Servant as full-member AS, even though they are nothing more than Novices in the knowledge of the One Power. The Tower will be destroyed in a peroid of time.
4. Rand meets with Perrin and Hopper in T'A'R. Rand can communicate with Hopper through the land's soul which gave birth to the Dragon in the first time. They decide to meet up somewheres. Verin and Alanna? go with Perrin, Perrin does not want them but they come anyway. When Rand and Perrin meet, Rand shields Verin and Alanna, and determs if they walk in the Light or serve the Shadow. Tam goes with Perrin and learnes that Rand is the DR, which he figured beforehand but did not admitt to himself.
5. Rand disguised as LTT goes to Salidar to tell the exiled-AS that whose who walk in the Light may come to the Hall of Servants with no repermains. While there Morgase comes there and Galad with some Whitecloak arrive at the same time. Rand tells Morgase she can have her throne back so long as she keeps the Dragon's Peace. Also that she and every other monarch have swore in the Old Tongue "for the Dragon I hold this lands to protect..." so she is already subjected to him. Rand tells Galad about their mother and the corruption of the Whitecloaks. Galad promises to purify the Children of the Light back to the Light and follow Rand. El learns about Avi., tells her Mother about Rand, and talks/ yells at Avi. and Min about what they should do about Rand. Rand heals Logain, who joins him to fight the Shadow and BA who gentled him. Rand also heals SS and Leane.
6. The Empiress of the Seachan learns about Failme and the DR and the instruction Hawkwing gave to his son about they are to follow the Dragon. So she sends a daughter to Rand for an audience with him. Mat falls for her. The EoS promise to support Rand if Mat marries the Heir. Some of Seachan to not wish to follow the Empiress or the Dragon calling him the Lord of Chaos. They consider the Dragon to be the Heir of the Dark One and just as bad as the Dark One. They try to kill Rand. Rand remember when he and Meiren decide to bore into the DO prison with him knowing from a past live that the DO is there.
7. The seven and last seal is in the Hall of Servants guard by a group of AS of the eighth ajah who accept Rand as Tamyrlin after he proves himself the true DR.
8. LoC ends with the seven and last seal cracks.
9. Also Perrin meets his father-in-law somewhere in the book.
