 I came across a more computer centric review site called TrustRadius. Here are some reviews:
Linode Score 8.9 out of 10

I think this site only wants computer professionals to post reviews.
 
I think what I am going to do is pay my ISP for a static IP and buy an inexpensive 
refurbished server. I will install OpenBSD on it and use the HTTPD web server.
