Hi Akkana,

I'd suggested NextCloud for syncing calendars, contacts, etc.


If you'd like, I can set up an account for you to test (offer is open to 
anyone on the mailing list that's interested).


It does have some nice features with sending invitations to events, with 
embedded URLs to accept or decline, etc.
