Okay, well, that's at least one data point.  Subject adjusted
accordingly.  So, issue with multiple web clients,
but other folks/locations only able to intermittently (if at all?)
reproduce.

That's still not really enough to nail it down.  Reproducibility
would be a good thing ... even if decent statistical
reproducibility in the case of it being intermittent.
Precise error message(s) would help ... better yet,
precise HTTP(/https) response data - notably headers, but also if/as
relevant, body (especially if that's where error diagnostic is
coming from).
