[sf-lug] LXC Experience?

Has anyone here used LXC? I've gone much deeper into Docker than LXC and I need to support it at work.

I don't have any specific questions -- but, mostly, who has used this and do you have any beginning resources that you'd like to throw my way?

More general questions are:

What do you think? Do you run several OS's on your laptops, for example, using LXC? Are there any HOWTOs that you've used that you think are good?
