Bye Bye sf-lug.COM!

Seeing as hundreds[1] of SF-LUG folks,
not to mention anyone else on the
planet, etc., despite quite ample and repeated
notifications[2][3], couldn't be bothered individually or collectively
to come up with and pay (which could be paid by anyone) the less than
$20.00 USD to renew the sf-lug.COM domain,
and now it's slipped all the way to redeptionPeriod (and is much more
expensive to revive at this point), I'm presuming sf-lug.COM is DNR
(and has been brain dead about a month anyway).  So, I'll be removing
sf-lug.COM infrastructure, with no intention of re-adding it[4][5].
