[sf-lug] Ubuntu 18.10 out including Studio, Kylin and Mate out!

Hi LUGers,

     Cosmic Cuttlefish is out.
     If no one is interested in the main stuff,
  I will get just get Studio which is not
included in the Long Term Support series.

  The Mate team assures us that the
stuff in 18.10 will be in 18.04.2 in good time
for that release early next year.

     If anyone wants their own copy I am
using <www.distrowatch.com>.
