[sf-lug] After waking from suspend, USB devices are not recognized (Ubuntu 17.10)

After suspend, my Lenovo W520 frequently loses bluetooth, which is
internally connected via USB.  Stopping BT and restarting, gets a new
USB device/inputxx and things work again.
