[sf-lug] After waking from suspend, USB devices are not recognized (Ubuntu 17.10)

Interesting. What's your preferred mechanism for stopping and restarting
BT? I can try the same and see if that works as a workaround.

By the way, I should have said in my original letter that this problem only
appeared after I upgraded to 17.10.
