I had to go through almost 100 resumes a while back.  For me,
I mostly found annoyances of this sort:

 * Job posting: "full-time engineering position"
 * Applicant: "I am looking for a summer internship"
 * Me: *rips resume in half*

Yeah, sure... apply for jobs without even reading what the job is.
