[sf-lug] [ possibly seeking laptop (s) soon ]

i know it's not the best month to buy new laptops but i am
not totally committed to only buying new (though heavily weighed in that
direction)

hence,
will be looking for laptops starting now...
prefer lenovo THINKPADs (T61 lover but not a fan of their fan problems...)

minimum 4g+ mem and/or upgradeable to more than 4g
intel processor (please state speed)
min. 13"-14" display
min. 2 usb ports prefer 3+ (please state speed)
dvdrw drive
removable hard drive (if i want to change it)
fully working battery (testable)
fully working fan and venting
passwd able bios (no current supv. bios passwd)



[sidenote]
if you have a fully working quality tower i may have interest for another
project...



for any of these ^^^ please hit me OFF-list dropping into private mail...
