The pitch will vary depending on who is reluctant and why. There are no
one-size-fits-all answers.
Also, remember that we are doing them a favor. If they don't want our help,
fine.
Also, a heavy-handed sales pitch rarely works. Try to find out what the
person's factual concerns are, and let me know. I would be happy to meet
with you and the decision-makers to give them info. It would not be a sales
pitch, because we are losing money by helping them, not gaining money.
