I note DD-WRT's unusually severe copyright-violation problems.

FWIW, a recent checkout of svn head code for OpenWRT runs great on the
pair of Linksys WRT54G  v.3 units I recently received as gifts.  After
setting up both with OpenWRT, I gave one to EBLUG, which now uses it at
that group's meetings, and use one at CABAL.
