Good luck in your search.  In my years as webmaster for LUGOD out here in Davis,
I've seen all sorts of positions posted to our jobs mailing list and our Job Page.
Oddly, I don't recall ever seeing 'technical writer.'  I guess people who come
to us with jobs are usually looking for very Linux-specific stuff, and when
they're not, they don't think to come to us.  (LUGs are usually pretty diverse
groups.)

Not that I want to get in the business of job listings, but I wonder what
we (LUGOD, at least) could do to encourage people to tell us about
a wider range of jobs.  (Not just 'sysadmin', 'php programmer', 'c programmer',
like we get almost exclusively.)
