[sf-lug] Help with Thinkpad upgrade

I'd like to upgrade an IBM ThinkPad 2611 laptop (1400?). It's ten years old and recently donated. The memory is minimal. Here are the specs:
 
   366Mz Pentium 2 (Celeron)
   64 Mb RAM
   4.6 Gb hard drive
   Missing: system diskette for bootup (windows)

Any donations (RAM, faster processor, etc.), assistance, or advice would be much appreciated. I've never upgraded a laptop before. Thanks.
