If one starts from the standpoint of game theory, what's the best way to
coax user group members into thinking out problems, rather than just
requesting answers?

(On another note, aren't people who answer a question with another
question _thoroughly_ annoying, and isn't self-referential humour a
decidedly acquired taste?)
