[sf-lug] hardy hanging on a known bug in updates

I solved this issue by simply closing the Firefox page displaying this site:

http://akiradproject.net/repository

Apparently, the updater was waiting to hear from Firefox.  So at least the
problem with the hanging updater was solved.  I'm not sure if the rest of
the problem was solved.

Thanks to Jonathan Grindstaff for the simple suggestion to just close
Firefox!  I was not sure what to do, but the solution was just so very
simple.
