[sf-lug] Help with code...

I have a project which could use what I think is a, "mouseover balloon". Actually, if you go to http://cbs.sportsline.com/, and mouseover the "HEADLINES", that is what I'm looking for. I've tried google, but I'm not sure I'm asking for the right thing. I'd like a demo to make sure I was getting what I want before I wade through a bunch of text. Thanks
