[sf-lug] looking for a laptop

Used IBM Thinkpads are really nice; they run Linux well, are extremely well built and have very comfortable keyboards. However, some of the newer laptops are getting very inexpensive. Tiger Direct is selling a new Acer laptop for $399 after rebate (see http://www.tigerdirect.com).

You can find used IBM Thinkpads on Craigslist.
