[dvlug] dvlug Promotion

Meetup was suggested to me at BerkeleyLUG as well.  But, it is not free 
or particularly cheap.  Instead we are using facebook-groups / twitter / 
Linux.com (as well as email-list and website) announcements.  For DVLUG, 
Twitter would be best for me.  :)
