The problem is that they dont believe in leap day.
Remember, they dont believe in timezones either.

I actually had a recruiter who reminded me that I didnt have to tell him my
real birthday now did I have to give a real SS#.
Ethics in recruiting? Im SHOCKED, absolutely SHOCKED!
