[conspire] No CABAL meeting over Memorial Day weekend

As usual, Deirdre and I will be spending Memorial Day weekend 
at BayCon in at the Hyatt Santa Clara (http://www.baycon.org/),
near Great America.  So, no CABAL meeting.
