[conspire] Sound in an UBuntu distro w KDE. 3.5.10

BT4r2 looked good when I tried it on my a205 w t2330 laptop but no sound . This seems very familiar . Does anyone remember what fixed the usual sound problem on the last generation of .deb distributions when using KDE. . [ yes , I tried adding stuff to kmix and restarting the sound system ]  - Bruce
