[conspire] 4.0_r4 iso's now available

All,

] Debian 4.0r4 iso files are now available for download. Though as of
] this morning (2008-07-29) the links on these two pages have not been
] updated from 4.0r3 to 4.0r4:

]     http://www.debian.org/CD/http-ftp/

It's Tuesday evening (2008-07-29), and these two web pages have had
their links updated sometime during the day. They now reference 4.0r4,
and so one can now fetch 4.0r4 iso's without need of any of the "link-
tweaking" I mentioned above.
