[conspire] 4.0_r4 iso's now available

All,

Debian 4.0r4 iso files are now available for download. Though as of this
morning (2008-07-29) the links on these two pages have not been updated
from 4.0r3 to 4.0r4:

    http://www.debian.org/CD/torrent-cd/
    http://www.debian.org/CD/http-ftp/    

, you can get to the (i386) directories by manually changing "4.0_r3" to
"4.0_r4":

    http://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/4.0_r4/i386/bt-cd/
    http://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/4.0_r4/i386/iso-cd/

I've successfully downloaded, verified, burned, (verified again,) and
booted from the 4.0r4 i386 netinst CD, so if anyone needs that and can't
get it, simply shout.
