[conspire] Updating the CD/DVD collection

I'd imagine that for a LUG installfest, this doesn't much matter.  But
it's helpful to think of the "LTS" releases as roughly equivalent to
Debian Stable.  For desktop use, it's not really a big deal, but in many
situations I will jump through a few hoops to make Dapper work on a
server installation.
