[conspire] adjusting metro fi free wireless

[bruce coston]

swscanner on ross's laptop using davids free peplink tells me 
signal -48 noise -256 quality 222
most of time, sometimes quality drops to 23 .
what does this mean and should I bother with antenna improvements when I  beat 99kB/s  on MetroFi free . 
middle of bed vs up in window makes no difference and its evenly swapping to -242 quality 23 now .
