[conspire] X11 fonts for Windows ("fixed", "7x14", and "6x10")

Rick, All,

I've recently discovered X11 "fixed" and "7x14" fonts for Windows. Fonts
I love under Solaris and Linux and now am glad to have under Windows.
For folks who need to work in the Windows world and who might like these,
they can be found at:

Formerly, I've used this fixed width font:

o   The Classic X11 6x10 Font for Windows
    http://world.std.com/~franl/6x10.html

Unfortunately, like tungsten filaments in light bulbs, I think that this
6x10 font has been very subtly shrinking over the years, and so my dis-
covery of fixed and 7x14 for Windows has come along at a good time.
