I do remember seeing your posting and subsequently talking with you about
being on the board. As Rick mentions, SVLUG doesn't have a board now, just
two officers. However, there's lots of room for volunteers and there has been
something close to a board in the form of the Volunteers Dinner. These
dinners offer a smaller forum to talk about SVLUG direction and issues and
all interested parties are welcome. (There is no dinner scheduled right now
but will be soon.) We are also quite open to the formation of committees or
teams; for example, if a few people wanted to initiate a "mini-tutorial" on
something that would be great.
Paul Reiber recently did a mini-tutorial on Tiddlywikki and Bob White on
programming a small processor.
Anyway, we welcome your participation in SVLUG.
