Interestingly, the message I just posted went through right away.  So
whatever logjam was in place at jeffk.com must have been cleared,
perhaps by one of the other admins.  I'll try putting the SPF back
into effect tomorrow and use -all instead of ~all.

Quaere: do you know of a service I can send a test email to that will
give me feedback on what the SPF results are?
