Supports file transfers using XModem. Proprietary Windows Mobile / WinCE binary with a trial version. ssh protocol 1.5 & 2.0.
sshCE by Mov Software (Stephen Pendleton) is a client. Probably proprietary. This has been in "late beta testing" since late 1998, so may not be moving forward. You can register to beta-test. ssh protocol v. 1.5.
