My 1080 screen shows the text quite a bit larger (~50%) and it's easier
to read.
With Firefox on Android 15 (small screen Pixel 4a) there is one little
quirk:
<ul> list items have their bullets right up on the edge of the screen.
I can't seem to recreate the effect with Firefox on desktop in mobile
mode (in dev tools).
The CSS for body could be modified thusly (if you'd prefer, I'll send my
public key and can poke at this myself):
<body style="font-size: 1.25em; padding-inline: 1rem;">
This would add some padding to left & right side of screen (that snippet
also reduces font size to 1.25em to make up for the padding on small
mobile screens).

Likewise!
