[sf-lug] draft web page changes (font size?)

Okay, added that to
https://www.sf-lug.org/index_alpha.html
(which gets promoted to index_beta.html 1pm Wednesday local time).
I didn't notice much difference at all, though don't presently have
higher resolution screen(s)
to have a look at it on.  Only place I'm seeing a difference is with
Chrome on Android phone - is bit bigger there ... oh, and also on
Chromium on Linux.  Better or not, debatable - may quite depend upon
browser and settings on browser, screen resolution/pixels, window
size, etc.
I'm curious what feedback other folks have comparing the two, and
compared on different browsers, devices, etc.
