At present, there's actually precisely nothing on the web page that
sets any absolute or relative font size or adjusts such on the web page.
For better and/or worse, that will result in different font sizes for the
user on GUI web browsers, and the apparent/relative/physical size
will quite depend upon their screen resolution, browser settings,
and possibly also additional environmental factors, e.g. size of
browser window, etc.

If you or anyone wants to suggest specific changes or some
"best practices" or the like suitable for the HTML of that web
page, that would generally work reasonably well for all (at least
be a net improvement), and regardless all the various browsers
out there and environments and settings folks would be using
on that, well, feel free to suggest specific HTML for that
(and any references on why that would be a best practice),
or of course folks can edit (draft) version(s) of page to
test such out, allow folks to (pre)view and provide
feedback, etc.
