Hey John and others,
That's great that you and others prepped a dozen or so Chromebooks with
Linux on em \o/
Not out to Rain on your "bit of bragging" Parade, but just a quick
question here: Are you, the other fine folks at Straycap Makerspace in
Hayward, and/or other SF-LUG readers also making available for _free_
(zero cost free as in Free Beer) or even at negligible-cost AC adapters
for takers of the prepped Chromebooks??
The least-expensive 65W charger adapters I myself could find are available
at Amazon.com for $11.98 (not including taxes and S & H) ;
https://www.amazon.com/Charger-Adapter-Chromebook-Latitude-LA65NS2-01/dp/B0DWMJPLF1/ref=sr_1_2_sspa?hvqmt=e
Asking the above b/c could easily imagine a case whereby one or two
persons potentially interested in the free Chromebooks will lose interest
if they have to shell out extra cash to purchase the necessary 65W charger
adapters or working facsimiles :-\
Anyone else reading this... please feel free to chime in.
