Would be good to include relevant details, e.g. exactly how you're
trying to print,
e.g. from the application(s) and/or file(s) that you're not getting to print,
also make and model of printer, how you have it connected, and how you set it up
on your operating system - and include the operating system information ...
yeah, I know, you did in earlier posting, but not in this one - folks
shouldn't have to hunt for that.

Yes, I'm sure Rick can well tell you about that document and relevant points,
as been said by him, and myself, and many others likewise many
thousands or more times.
Might actually be good to well read and follow the relevant.
