[sf-lug] Power outage: balug.org, sf-lug.org, berkeleylug.com, etc.

So, PG&E power outage ... at last check they're estimating power
restoration by 12:15am PST.
Power went out before 7::09pm PST (and likewise failed earlier in the pm
PDT too).

So, at present that impacts almost everything with at least IPs that
match these:
96.86.170.224/29
2001:470:1f04:19e::/64
2001:470:1f05:19e::/64
and including most content on domains sf-lug.org, balug.org,
berkeleylug.com, etc.
(but not the SF-LUG list).

And looks like not PG&Es fault for a change.
High speed collision between vehicle & PG&E power pole - and this time
looks like the pole had rught-of-way.
