Yes, down due to Comcast Business network outage.
It's been down about 8 hours so far.  Looks like they're estimating
about another 9 hours.
I'm glad I don't actually run a business on it!
Guestimating will be back online around 5:00p+++---.  Timing/availability
will depend upon Comcast Business.
So, at present that impacts almost everything with at least IPs that
match these:

and including most content on domains sf-lug.org, balug.org,
berkeleylug.com, etc.
