Because both of these still support 32 bit machines the choice of the
very poor I mention Slax.

2023-10-05 NEW • Distribution Releases: Slax 15.0.2 Slackware based,
12.1.0 -Debina based
Tomáš Matějíček has released two updated builds of Slax, the
project's
minimalist, Slackware- and Debian-based live distributions.
The Debian branch uses systemd the Slackware branch SysV.

Everyone  but Victor had  heard that Richard Stallman has cancer.
Ken Schaffer who left after more productive comments than I could
possibly make at 1217.

Slax modified download system for greater security.

As [some of] you may remember I do a Linux news column for CUCUG and I have a
news section plus a Lately on Distrowatch section.
Slax had a recent announcement but when I went to download
the Slackware based 64 bit version I had some surprizes
