I attended a meeting of fixit clinic at the Millbrae library.  People bring all kinds of i of electric items and someone helps them get it working I saw a blender, stand mixer, hair dryer and more.  I came with my chromebook and had a lot of talk with Peter Maui, who runs the place.
He was very interested in loading Lubuntu on the machine.  I started doing that but got distracted and did not finish.
