Nope, wasn't me who "has been trying to identify the location of some 
family photos from childhood using the Open Source Maps tool as well as 
Google Earth."

But I _did_ visit OpenStreetMap to learn new things about its service.
For example, if one visits https://www.openstreetmap.org , selects the 
arrow button next to the Search bar, and then enters two addresses, one 
can obtain the exact GPS coordinates for those two addresses.

Also did mention in the Jit.si Chat about CVE-2022-43995 , a 'sudo' 
vulnerability mentioned in https://www.cve.org/CVERecord?id=CVE-2022-43995 
and elaborated upon more fully in 
https://github.com/sudo-project/sudo/commit/bd209b9f16fcd1270c13db27ae3329c677d48050
