It's possible members of the community might be able to help you with
these apparent problems -- if you provide details.  Just the phrase
'having problem' leave readers with no diagnostic information to work
with.

I.e., if I knew more about the symptoms, I might be able to make any of
several pragmatic suggestions.  But based on only "having problems",
that would be just a shot in the dark.

Whatever is the nature of the problem, odds are that other members of
this mailing list might encounter it, so it would benefit the community
to delver into it, if possible.
