That sounds like it might be a little easier and I've saved your
earlier post for future reference -- but for those who might care,
I'll note that the /sys/firmware/acpi/tables/MSDM approach does not
require creating a Microsoft account. (Though you have to jump
through some hoops to get through the Windows install without
creating one. If I recall correctly, the trick was to disconnect
from the network just before it's about to ask for that, then
reconnect later.)
