At the following URL you can see similar models with somewhat
different specs and somewhat higher prices
You say nothing about screen size or weight so I seached on a
recent model which I successfully installed
with Windows left on. The choice were based on Dell, a brand I respect
and Ryzen, a processor supposedly
immune to some hardware malware that could flourish on Intel.

There are also more expensive models such as the Latitude using
Intel and at least one with Ubuntu installed.
